Do you ever have that moment where you’re feeling content, like your family is “complete”?
You know, you're sitting on the beach, your toddler is building happily in the sand, and your infant is napping in the pack and play to the sound of gentle ocean waves. You’re drinking an adult beverage because hey, it’s vacation and you can pump and dump (thank you, formula). Then you take out your phone and start scrolling.
Suddenly, bam! You find the cutest product that makes you think … Well, maybe one more wouldn’t be so bad. That’s exactly what happened to me when I came upon the Lollipop Baby Smart Camera! It was just too cute to pass by.

Honestly, I have yet to find a monitor that is more aesthetically pleasing than this one. From its shape, to its texture, to its colour, the Lollipop Smart Baby Camera can’t be beat. It has the cutest colour choices for mamas who love a nursery that matches. It’s unique, flexible design allows it to stand alone or you can purchase a wall mount or floor stand.
The camera picture has stunning clarity. And I do mean stunning. This is especially helpful because part of the subscription includes the ability to review footage and take snapshots to include in the baby book or to post on social media. The monitor view is right on your phone, and you can view multiple monitors on one screen or just play the audio.

Lollipop Care provides recording and playback, sleep tracker data, a breathing monitor, the ability to have multiple users (babysitters, grandparents, partners), shows room temperature and humidity, detects when baby is stuck, crying, or if there are odd noises, and so much more.
It doesn’t break the bank. It is common to pay $500-600 dollars for a good monitor, nevermind all of the other baby gear you need. This is a terrific option for parents mindful of their spending. It is a good price point (around $225 without the subscription), there is a payment option available, and a 7-day free trial for those who are on the fence about it.
The drawbacks to the product?
You need to be connected to wifi to use the camera. This is the case for most baby monitors, but oh how I wish I could charge it for short term use. Battery option with bluetooth would make this my number one! We are a camping family for sure, so the monitor would be a home-only (or hotel) option for us.
You are not able to move the camera angle remotely. Since the camera doesn’t rotate around the room, you need to make sure to have the best angle to see baby fully (remember to keep it out of the crib and out of reach from baby). The great news is that it’s portable and flexible, so you can go into baby’s room to change the angle if needed, or take it with you to Grandma’s house for an on-the-go nap!
